CHONGQING UNITED TECHNOLOGY INC (CUTI) was founded in 2002, over the past 21 years as the sales branch of the parent company - Chongqing Huizheng Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd., we have achieved great success in the field of aluminum alloy casting and machining products. Now we are serving several well-known customers in the world such as Polaris, Kawasaki, Parker, PSI, Tuff Torque, etc., with annual turnover of 40 million USD.
CUTI has an independent engineering team and advanced laboratory dedicated to serve our overseas customers. Based on our strong capability and the reliability built up through long-term cooperation, we have also successfully developed and supplied ferrous metal casting, forging, powder metallurgy, MIM and other process types for our customers, providing them with satisfactory services in many aspects such as new supplier development, technical support, quality management, warehousing, etc.

Supplier Quality Management
With 20 years of experience working with global leading customers in various industries, we provide effective quality audits (VDA6.3, IATF16949, ISO9001) and improvements to suppliers to meet customer′s requirements, follow APQP - PPAP process for new product development, problem solving in the form of 8D reports, and continuously help suppliers to improve their process control capabilities and quality performance.
Advanced laboratory for overseas customers
Our laboratory dedicated for overseas customers, equipped with advanced equipment from Zeiss, Olympus and Mitutoyo, with comprehensive product measuring and testing capabilities. We also established cooperation with third-party testing facilities to monitor product quality in all aspects.
Rapid on-site response
We have set up on-site quality inspectors at our major suppliers to monitor quality performance and production status in real time on a daily basis. Our team can be onsite in the factory within 12 hours after an issue has been identified and begin finding a solution.
